Today, we share how to strengthen a positive mindset through ENGAGING IN FLOW. This is a state of intense absorption and feeling of being “in the zone” while performing a certain task to the point where you can lose track of time.
Why it matters
Engaging in flow with regular frequency is positively correlated with life satisfaction, better health, creativity, and productivity.
When we’re in flow we’re in a state of total absorption where we feel energized. We’re fully involved and experience true enjoyment. When we’re in flow, we’re often utilizing our strengths, so it’s critical to know what they are and what activities put us in flow so we can leverage them.

How it works
Engaging in flow can help you momentarily step out of a stressful reality because it focuses your energy and attention and it helps create more self-regulation. When you’re engaging in flow you’re using your strengths. People working with their strengths report being 6 times happier in their lives.
