Scilla Andreen is an award-winning Filmmaker, Emmy nominated Costume Designer, Author, CEO & Founder of iMPACTFUL Group, co-founder of Indieflix and Founder of ImpactfulFund.org. After a life changing loss of a dear friend to suicide Scilla started working closely with youth, parents, mental health professionals, brain scientists, educators, and experts in pediatrics, Wellness, DEI, and HR to create the Creative Coping Toolkit (CCT), an award-winning film and evidence-based mental health literacy program for schools and corporations. Using story to educate, the CCT is designed to break the stigma, teach resilience and inspire positive change while measuring impact to help normalize how we talk about mental health. The program addresses anxiety, loneliness, suicide, social media addiction, online safety, bullying, and belonging. It was created to support employers, employees, educators, students, and families.
Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Good Morning America, and Today. Scilla also works with corporations, nonprofits, and thousands of schools around the world. She is a mother of 6 and resides with her husband Eric and two black labs in Seattle WA.
Scilla believes everyone should have free or affordable access to mental health and wellness education. She is on a mission to change the world with film.
